Work & Experience
I worked as an onsite technician at a school, providing support using active dictionaries, and Windows programs such as Windows Server and Microsoft 365.Afterwards, I worked remotely for 3 months and left the company due to on-site work being requested of me being too far so we went separate ways.
- I worked with making tickets for a private health company, I was working on employees computers and helping fix issues remotely - I used Azure and Active directory - I worked with Office 365 - I setup laptops for employees - The role was a short contract role that I picked up in-between my own freelance PC building work.
I had a short time at Care Computers due to role's conflicting and it being contract work, but in this time I was working at a private school helping with soft IT work and some light admin work.I used Azure and Active directory and logged tickets for the staff at the school, I was on site so I spent most of my time physically fixing issues such as missing cables and having to turn machines on and off.
- My responsibilities as a IT Support Technician at AR Healthcare is taking upkeep on all of the companies devices, installing all of the necessary software and keeping the laptops to a company standard. - I also took up the role as customer service answering phones and helping users with their devices. - Communicating with the higher ups is a huge part of my job keeping them in the loop about important IT procurers and making sure that everything in the office runs smoothly. - A lot of data entry work filling out council forms
