Responsibilities:
- 📞 Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- 🤝 Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- ✅ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
- 🗂️ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- 📋 Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain high service standards.
Work Conditions:
- 🏢 Start with 6 weeks in the office, then transition to a hybrid working model.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 – 19:00
- Saturday: 10:00 – 18:00
Salary and Benefits:
- 💰 Salary: €1,050 gross
- 🎉 Bonus: 10% gross based on KPIs and extra sales bonuses.
