What you’ll do:

📞 Manage incoming calls, chats, messages, and emails
🤝 Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide excellent service and satisfaction
🛠️ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools
💬 Build strong relationships of trust through interactive communication
📊 Meet personal and team targets while maintaining case handling quotas
🗂️ Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts
📋 Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

We’re looking for someone with:

🇮🇹 C2 level in Italian
🇬🇧 B2 or higher in English
🎧 Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
🔄 The ability to adapt to different customer personalities and provide tailored responses
🗣️ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
🕓 Multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills are essential!

Work schedule:
