What you’ll do:
💳 Handle transactions and payment inquiries (refunds, manual charges, locating payments)
🚀 Assist with the onboarding of new B2B customers
📊 Update merchant information in our database
🔍 Provide analytical support on complex financial inquiries
🎯 Deliver exceptional customer service to B2B clients, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly
We’re looking for someone with:
🇩🇪 C2 level in German
🇬🇧 B2 level in English
💻 Proficiency in MS Office and strong PC handling skills
🔍 An analytical mindset for solving complex financial inquiries
🤝 Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
🧩 Problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with a target-oriented approach
What we offer:
💰 Competitive salary: €1,300 per month (German market) – 14 payments per year.
📅 14 salaries per year – in Greece, you’ll receive 14 salaries instead of 12, offering additional income during holidays!
